5. Type of data handling:
Data handling is done based on the user’s consent in case of registered users.
6. Legal background of data handling:
Based on law 1992. LXIII „about protection of personal data and publicity of data of public utility” article 3 section 1 with consent of the person concerned.
7. Types of data to be handled:
A. Mandatory data provided by the user: name, nickname, e-mail address, home address, phone number
B. Data provided voluntarily by the user in the user profile: ex. occupation, contacts, acquaintance and posts, (data provided here is accessible either by the user’s acquaintance only or all users based on the user’s decision).
C. The user’s IP address, beginning of visit, end of visit and - based on the user’s computer settings - the browser type and operating system is recorded while visiting SKE’s website. This data is logged automatically by the system. The data of the log will not be matched by SKE with other personal details of the user.
8. Goal of data handling:
A. In case of mandatory data provided by the user, the goal is the identification of the user’s rights (document download, posting to the forum) and to make delivery of ordered material (notifications) possible.
B. In case of data provided by the user voluntarily in the user profile, the goal is to create and online community, identification of users.
C. The data logged by SKE during site visit serve only the creation of statistics.
The data handler does not use the personal data for any other purpose other than stated above. Personal details will be given out to third party only with prior consent of the user. This does not apply to any providing of data required by law.
9. Duration of data handling:
In case of mandatory data provided by the user while the user is a member of the community (based on the user’s decision, the data will be erased 5 working days after arrival of request. In case the user uses personal data illegally or carries out an act of crime, than following the Terms of Service SKE may erase all personal data with the account in the meantime with informing the user.)
In certain cases the service provider may temporarily limit the user's function within SKE, in that case there will be no erasing of data.
10. Erasing of personal data:
The request of erasing must be sent in e-mail to info@ignisklub.hu. 5 working days following the arrival of the request the service provider erases the data. In case of erasing the data found in the profile (point A and B) can not be recovered.
11. Personalised advertisements:
According to the field of interest of the users, the service provider may visualize advertisements on the downloaded webpages during the visit. Data described in section 7.B. May be used by the service provider to visualize personalized advertisements on the banners. The banners are distributed automatically, no personal data is transfered, during this process, as data processing is not necessary. The user may deny the use of his data for this purpose by unsubscribing.

SKE reserves the right to change the present privacy policy after informing the users. You accept the modified privacy policy by using the service after the modification..
17. The users' rights concerning the handling of their data:
The users may request information concerning the handling of their data. The data handler provides information to the affected concerning the goal, legal background and time period of data handling, the name and address of the data handler, all activities in relation with the data handling and who and for what purpose received or receives their data upon request. The request to provide information should be sent to info@ske.hu which will be answered within 8 working days. The users may request the erase of their data according to section Duration of Data Handling.
18. Exercise of rights.:
The user may exercise his rights provided by the Data Protection Act and Civil Law in court of law and may request the assistance of the Commissioner of Data Protection. Concerning any questions or comments please contact the service provider on the info@ignisklub.hu e-mail address.
